UHNW Client Consultant

Best Suited For: Planners facing communication gaps or decision-making hesitation with high-end clients, needing a neutral, expert voice to align all parties.
 
My role is to reinforce your expertise and facilitate client decision-making. I act as an objective third party to build client confidence and ensure complex decisions are made with clarity, keeping the project on track.
 
Key Deliverables:
A 4-hour consulting session including:
  • A 1-hour pre-meeting strategy session with your team.
  • Up to 3 hours of direct participation in the client meeting as a neutral advisor.
  • A post-meeting debrief with actionable recommendations for next steps.
Pricing:
Session Package:
  • $333 USD per 4-hour session.
  • Includes: 1-hour internal pre-meeting and up to 3 hours in the client meeting.
Project Retainer:
  • Available for intensive support during the final 3 months prior to the wedding.
  • Pricing is customized based on project scope. Please inquire for a detailed proposal.
 
 

High-Value Contract Review

Best Suited For: Planners needing an expert second opinion on high-value contracts to mitigate risks and optimize terms for their clients.
 
Leverage my insider's knowledge of hospitality contracts to protect your client and your project. I provide an in-depth analysis focused on risk mitigation, financial clarity, and operational feasibility.
 
Key Deliverables:
  • A thorough review of one major contract (Venue, F&B, or Accommodation).
  • A summary document highlighting potential risks, ambiguous clauses, and hidden costs.
  • A list of recommended questions and clarification points to bring back to the vendor.
Pricing:
  • $222 USD per contract review.
  • Scope includes one major contract (Venue, F&B, or Accommodation).
  • Meeting Attendance: Should you require my participation in a vendor meeting to discuss the contract, the fee will be based on the UHNW Client Counsel session rate.
 
 

Menu Tasting Facilitation

Best Suited For: Planners who want to ensure the menu tasting experience is seamless, impressive, and decisive for UHNW clients and their families.
 
Transform the menu tasting from a simple meal into a sophisticated, decisive experience. I apply my 5-star hospitality expertise to help you structure the event, guide the client conversation, and achieve a successful outcome.
 
Key Deliverables:
  • A pre-tasting consultation to align on goals and client preferences.
  • Guidance on structuring the tasting agenda with the venue's F&B team.
  • On-site facilitation during the menu tasting with the couple and their family.
  • A post-tasting debrief to guide the final menu selection process.
Pricing:
  • $444 USD as a flat project fee.
  • Includes end-to-end guidance throughout the entire menu tasting process, from initial consultation to final menu selection, regardless of the number of sessions required to reach a decision.
 
Note: The Planner agrees to fully disclose the Consultant's role and the nature of this paid partnership to the end client (the couple) prior to any joint meetings. The Consultant's role is to provide neutral, objective advice for the benefit of the overall project.
