Hourly Strategic Session
Best Suited For: Couples in the initial planning phase, those facing a specific challenge, or those needing an expert opinion during a critical vendor meeting.
This is your direct line to a strategic advisor. Whether you're overwhelmed and don't know where to start, or you're stuck on a complex decision mid-way through planning, this focused session is designed to provide immediate clarity, offer actionable solutions, and get you back on a confident path.
Key Deliverables:
- Concept & Budget Reality Check: A session to validate your initial ideas and align them with a realistic budget.
- Venue & Vendor Shortlist Review: An expert opinion on your selected venues or vendors to help you compare and decide.
- Timeline & Risk Assessment: A strategic review of your master plan to identify potential bottlenecks and pressure points that could cause future stress.
- Problem-Solving Session: A focused discussion to overcome a specific challenge or difficult decision you're facing.
- Vendor Meeting Support: This can include strategic preparation before a key meeting, or I can join the meeting alongside you as your neutral advisor.
Investment:
- $111 USD / hour
- Minimum 1 hour, maximum 3 hours per session.
- Includes a complimentary 30-minute introductory call for our first meeting to ensure we are a good fit.
Strategic Vendor Review
Best Suited For: Couples who have chosen their main vendors and are preparing to sign contracts, needing an expert eye to protect their interests.
A vendor contract is the blueprint for your wedding's success. Leveraging my insider's perspective, I provide a meticulous review of your key contracts to identify ambiguous clauses, flag potential hidden costs, and ensure all terms are fair and fully aligned with your vision. Consider this an essential investment in your peace of mind.
Scope: In-depth review of up to 5 main vendor contracts: Venue, Planner, Decoration, F&B, and Accommodation.
Investment:
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total contract value (nett rate).
- For Wedding Planner Contract: 5% of the total contract value.
- For Other Vendor Contracts:
▸ 2% for contracts under 1 Billion VND (approx. $39,000 USD).
▸ 1% for contracts of 1 Billion VND (approx. $39,000 USD) or more.
Important Clarifications:
This fee covers the off-site review and detailed analysis only.
Should you require my attendance at vendor meetings, this will be charged separately at the Hourly Strategic Session rate.
Post-Wedding Storytelling
Best Suited For: Coules who want to preserve the legacy of their wedding and share their story in a sophisticated, elegant, and stress-free way.
After the celebration ends, the story begins. The first month post-wedding is a golden window when emotions are still fresh for you and your guests. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by thousands of media files, I will help you craft a compelling narrative to share during this peak engagement period. We will structure your content, select the most impactful media, and tell your story in a way that honors your journey and graciously thanks your guests.
Key Deliverables:
- A 3-week social media content plan (1-2 posts/week for Facebook & Instagram/TikTok).
- Content direction & caption suggestions tailored to your personal style.
- A systemized and curated selection of key media for easy future access.
Investment:
- Starting from $1,111 USD for a 1-month project.
- Base package covers 3 main events (e.g., Tea Ceremony, Main Reception, After-Party). Scope and fees can be customized for more elaborate, multi-day celebrations.
Please note: To capitalize on the 1-month emotional window, this service requires a timely supply of assets. I strongly advise including a clause in your photo/video contract requiring the delivery of a 30% teaser selection within one week of the wedding.
